I have Chrones and at times I am so scared to eat.. It sometimes takes great effort to force myself to eat.... Most of the time when I feel that way I struggle with a piece of bread for about 30 mins.
I do eat every day.. But wait until I have done all that I need to d ofor the day.. (dinner) ... then I eat a bowl of SPECIAL K at about 10 because I am hungry.

Hi Jenn sorry to hear you have chrones I have two of my friends who have this and you sound so similar when you are talking about food I must admit I love my food and when my husband is away I dont eat beause I lazy or i am just not hungry I do have to eat to survive but I also have to remember to eat its wierd haow people are with food that keeps us alive! good Question Jenn xx

i rarely get hungry. i eat because i know i must to survive. my doctor says i dont eat enough. if you saw me you wouldnt think that
