    Why does " internet explorer stopped working " come up frequently

    I have a new Toshiba Satellite laptop which is 1 month old. I have Windows 7. I was able to block this on my 3 year old Desktop by changing the advanced settings from " use software rendering rather than GPU rendering ". It fixed the problem on desktop but not on laptop

      Try a different browser. IE is famous for not responding.  Try Firefox or Google Chrome.
