how do you retexture a wall? i need the easiest and cheapest method?
my daughter and her friends decided to paint her bedroom. . . they are all 12 year olds. . .thus, unexperienced. . .they splattered on the wall, put globs on it at one time and let it run down the wall creating this paint drop outline all the way down. nonetheless, the wall is no where near smooth anymore. i need to repaint the walls but have to so some sort of retexturing in order for it to look halfway decent.
