I typed into Google just what you entered in your question . When I arrived at the options page I chose the second one down . It gave me a form to fill out for registration no mention of any page moving. After all that form filling I found on the bottom of the page in fine print next to the submit : NOT FILLING OUT THIS FORM WILL NOT VOID YOUR WARRENTY. I would suggest you try again and see if you have better luck . Seems to be working for me .
