    You should remove the door so the fridge does not mold and also so a child can not get into it and lock themselves in.

    Yes, it will. Wad up newspaper and put in there or an opened box of baking soda may help. It's better to leave the doors cracked opened....

    It certainly will, I used to put something small between the door and the fridge and then tape it so it could not be closed when I found it necessary to store my fridge (a small piece of wood, a few matchboxes in a few spots will do the trick)
