How much money does the Department of Defense (DoD) spend on Information Technology (IT) process translation compaired to its overall IT budget?
DoD has too much duplication; it's too systems centric and its business processes are not standard. IT Technology is not being used to make processes more efficient, it keep on building stovepipe system and using interfaces. Not an efficient way to use taxpayer's resources.

Well I do not have the answer for you except to say they spend out tax monies on really stupid stuff and I for one am tired of it. I truly believe we need a Dept. of Defense and military but we need someone in charge that knows what the heck they are doing and how to use money wisely and more cost effectively.
