I believe you are mistaken,"I" and "0" are the bases of all MS DOSE functions, known as the Von Neumann architecture that "fetch," "decode," and "execute," every action for all computer processors (CPU)
"I" is "on" and "0" is "off" in the numerical, sequences used to discern every action a computer makes.

zero is the absence of a number, it is a space with a line around it. (0) has the purpose of expressing a place where a number like 1,2,3,4, could be, but is not ….thus it is a space holding expression only. Computers cannot “understand” anything…they are only simple machines that follow instructions only. You understand, computers cannot understand.
