    Georgia has cut HOPE Grant and PELL Grants for college...

    When the lottery was started the deciding factor as that the money from it would go to the HOPE Grant to help pay for college for ppl with a b average. Now that HOPE has been cut.. Should the lottery be desolved?

      If the lottery's main purpose was the Hope grants, then yes. Otherwise the revenue will go into pockets it does not belong in. Or it should be turned into scholarships.
