            it has to be today and the word would be Flue as I have flue and I feel auwful! and its not a head cold though its not a bad flue where you are laid up its that I have no energy the last time I had Flue I ended up in hospital with Viral Meneghites not pleasent at all so I get quite concerned when I gaet a cold or flue with bad headaches!
