There is no timetable if it is said from the heart.  It will happen when he's comfortable and ready.  Some people, both men and women, rarely say those words.  Our actions are far more important!

That all depends on the woman. Men use a complicated mathematical formula that calculates the precise moment that men determine to be "the" moment that the women needs to hear those words expelled. It truly is too complicated to explain.

Most likely this action will primarily be contingent upon whether or not the average male has been made to feel that emotion. I could go to the beach for a swim everyday, but that does not necessarily mean I love it. I just might not have anything better to do!
