                      no silly a "ROSTER" is a boy chicken and can not lay eggs... but he does do magic things to the girl chicken called the "HEN"  the roosters magic allows her to lay eggs with baby chics inside, these are called fertile eggs. Without the rooster doing  magic to the hen, she can only lay non fertile eggs that means eggs without baby chics inside them.
