Can you give a little more detail? What have you tried? What are you trying to copy? Are you copying direct from the copier or are you trying to print something from the internet? We don't have magic balls that we can see into to figure out what the problem is.

I spent 42 years as a copier technician, and I asked myself that question sooo many times. :o)
