        The word poor is invariably used in the negative sense: e.g. Poor health. poor means. poor response. poor outlook. poor prospects  etc. etc.

              I remember so well a Doctor saying to me there is no poverty in this country - I thought you are right - poverty is relative and subjective sometimes. People may be rich in monetary terms but poor in spirit and visa versa.
