who do I contact for an investigation?
I need to have Volswagen exposed the same way Toyota was exposed a couple years ago.
I own a Volswagen Passat and have been waiting for a part called "high Pressure pump" to be manufactured and shipped to the US. This is due to a default when Volswagen built their cars. They are agreeing to fix the car as soon as the part arrives but meanwhile no one can tell me when the part will arrive and when my car would be fixed. I have asked them to do a recall but they refused to but i believe several people have been affected by this default. I need HELP.
