Shaw's crappy service is unbelievable! I have been with them for years. They are not nice to their old customers, treating them like dumbXX and fools. Over the years, they crept their service fees from $70ish to nearly $100/mon. Despite those creepy sneaky things, at first I still didn't want to dump Shaw because I wanted to be understanding that they might need the $$$ to maintain their systems. But look, what have I got in return? They first changed my TV service because they were wanting to throw out the digital boxes they want me to rent or buy, then came their crappy customer service. They put me on hold for long long long hours, and then completely shut down my service without notice. I eventually got hold of one of the techs, he told me that I was supposed to have the service, and the reason why I didn't not have it was because of the weak signals...blahblah... meanwhile, Shaw is still asking me to pay for those days when I was out of their service!
