      Are you using medications from a doctor? Have you seen a doctor or a chiropractor?

        It might not be your back,kidney problems give you a painful back,amongst other things.Have a scan or x-ray.

            lots of reasons ive been dealing with it for over two years traped nerve in my spine in the c-7 meds arent working anymore phesical therapy is making it worse so good luck to you
