    Yes, there are different sections. Because we are separated in the heavens, God gave us earth to learn how to get along. He booted our butts down to earth and said, 'go to school and study well and learn, learn how to get along.' We keep coming back for lifetimes until we get it right. Those are my beliefs anyway.
