Because it is against the Can-spam law. the customers who confirmed registration at the holes for their registration did not give permission for their emails to be disclosed or sold to others. therefore it would be illegal to use these in your email list unless.... you contacted each one individually and asked them if they would be wiling to opt in to your list. You would need to give clear information about who you are and what your business is. Most legit auto responders will not allow you to send to a list such this . Better keep good records , it only takes five spam reports to shut you down .
