Hey Hun, I think I would wear the jeans. Are you going out somewhere nice or casual? It don"t matter I still vote for the jeans! Hope you have fun where ever you are going Darlin..

What color of sparkles do u have on that tie?  If The sparkles are all differant colors you can wear anything. Nice pair of name brand jeans will do....

A "Sparkly" tie? Where are you going with this? You can't go wrong with jeans, if you want to dress them up some, press them....

For some reason, I am picturing this sparkly tie brightening up a black shirt.  Dark slacks or jeans (black instead of blue) would work for me.
I don't think any light or pastel shirt would look good with a sparkly tie (although I don't know what colors are fetured on it), but you can alwys wear a shirt that is the same color as some of the sparkly stuff.  Jeans would be OK for most other colors of shirt.
I would not suggest a plaid, striped, or print shirt.  Solid color.
