Eat like you should, foods which represent all of the food groups, and in moderation. Also, do not forget, the one nutrient needed in the largest volume is water. And do not overlook that some nutrients, such as Vitamin D, needs sunlight exposure to become dietary available to the body. And that certain vitamins and minerals will not be utilized unless in the proper balance, these are Calcium, Phosphorus, and Vit. D, for bone formation.
