    How do I pour cement over cement to make it thicker

    I do not think it's possible. Wet cement will not bond to already set cement.

    I am not a handy man type person in cement but from everything I have read and You Tubed and actually watched on home improvement shows...this is not possible...However...I could be wrong and I am willing to admit that.  If you find out ,you can do this please let me know.

    Might be possible by painting PVA adhesive onto old cement. Best to contact a DIY site or an experienced builder first.
