In IE, go to "View", then choose "Text Size" and move up the scale.
In FireFox, you can actually just scale up the print-out. Go to "File", then "Page Setup". There, on the "Format & Options" tab, you can use the "scale" and set it up to 120 or even 150 to increase the size of the printout. (Alternately, FireFox also has a "View" and "Text Size" option.)
