    I am sure many of the are.
    Potential solutions;
    RAISE THE HEAD OF THE BED by 6 inches. Have hubby put a cinder block on the the 2 leg of the HEAD of the bed.
    DO NOT DO IT YOURSELF! If no husband available, ask some one to do it for you.
    WALK AT LEAST 100 FEET AFTER EACH MEAL. This will empty your stomach and reduce reflux.
    AVOID COFFEE, ALCOHOL, FATTY FOODS AND TOBACCO during the pregnancy. since those substances release the ring that prevents reflux.
    CHEW TWO GAVISCON TABLETS after each meal and at bed time.
    ask your Doc. if it is okay for you.

    That is your answer. use the program for at least 8 weeks. if you do not improve, ask a GI Doc consult.

    DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO EXAM YOU WITH INFECTED STETHOSCOPES.

    How old are you?

    It is important since it is worrisome to have a woman pregnant with heart disease.
