    3. I have twice now tried to print $5. coupons, one time for 3 and one time for 2....neither of those times did the coupons print. I was able to print one at a time for total of 2 coupons, but it still reduced the number of points by 10,000, even though coupons nevers printed. The total on reward page, does not match the other total on montly statement. I sent a note in regards to this the last time I didn't get coupons, but no response. Thank you
