First of all you have to clean it.There is a chemical specifically designed for the job available at hardware stores & paint suppliers. This involves application of the cleaner with a soft broom & hosing it off.
Then you apply decking oil with a roller or a lambswool applicator (After it has dried).
There is no point in me me telling you brand names of the chemicals & the decking oil because I am in Australia & the name would mean nothing.Ask at the paint supplier.
It's not a difficult or technical job.
