    You really need good lighting  I paint in my conservatory its brilliant  I have light all day and part of the evening

    To do the proper job you will need an abundance of natural light during the day. Preferably reflected or "northern exposure also. During the night you should adequate light for working depending on your special,needs for the type of art you produce. On finished work that is displayed use spot lighting to highlight its best features. You can always consult a lighting designer for more information or check out a book at your wonderful public library. Be creative......
