Every beginner find it difficult to sum up such problem.

But its very easy one.

Proceed as follows:

1. Neglect the number after decimal point

2. Then, sum of the remaining number.

3. Thirdly, add the decimal number with decimal point and you will obtain the required result.

Corresponding to the given problem,

1. Neglect the number 6 which is after decimal point

2. Then add the remaining number i.e. sum of 4 and 66 which is 4+66 =70

3. Thirdly, add the decimal number with decimal point on the result i.e 70 + 0.6  = 70.6

Hope this will help in further addition.

Note: For complex addition of decimal, the above technique will be cumbersome.
