The cookies folders on a computer are:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\Low\
You can open a window on your computer, copy one of these locations, and paste it in the address box of the window. Instead of username fill in your user name.
