Living in Lancashire England I'm surprised they could tell the differance between the seasons they all seem to be winter here

Yes, As I live here in Ireland, the weather has not been much fun. The long range weather forecast, is....... The snow is suppose to start again, near end of October, which will make it longer winter than last year.

fish girl, I can think of better ways of celbrating, than rolling in snow lol. Thank you for your comment.

Lancashire is gods country never mind Yorkshire. We do better with roses also

I live in the land of rain.  We were treated to 10 days of sunshine this year...glorious it was.

My aunt says that it's always cold in Yorkshire. Pretty place, but I don't want to live there.
