    My laptop "cannot retrive my user profile" when I try to open an email. Yet my desktop can. Why????

      What operating system do you use for your laptop? Do you have flash down loaded into it? All the e-mail programs have gone to flash and any operating systems, windows 98 or older are not compatible with some of the programming in the e-mails.
