I'm thinking you're screwed. You'd have to sue the owner of the dealership if you paid extra in the contract for the free tires for life. Otherwise if it was simply and added free perk to get you to buy the car, there's nothing you can do.

Yup. I think you are. I'm also thinking that even if they had stayed in business, you would have had a hard time getting them to honor that "perk". Hopefully you at least got a good deal on the car.
