      To phase out the unfit old clothings and buy new smaller ones now.  Don't have to wait until New Year!  What a joy!

        Because your skin stretches and grows as new skin develops over time when you are overweight, but when weight is lost  the skin can only  "unstretch" so far and cannot shrink back, so it will be looser.  Surgery is really the only answer.   P.S.  Congrtats on the weight loss, if it was hoped for and intended!!    Oh, and spandex UNDER clothing helps tremendously.......been there!!
