            I have ankylosing spondylosis, ,stopped taking that stuff, now taking supplement astaxanthin and wearing MBT shoes. It has made a tremendous improvement in my life. No problems. Try the astaxanthin, cant hurt. Might help.

              a type of shoe with a bottom arch sole. Like walking on sand. They have been expensive , now about 70.00 a pair depending style. I will never buy another brand. Had to get use to walking , about a week . People on their feet on hard surfaces will like these. Look it up.

              zorro thank you so much for that I have seen them now as I have a friend who has a pair it was when you described them that yes I know those shoes I am glad you now walking with the help of the shoes good job :-)
