    I found a used condom wrapper opened ,Experation date is 11 -2013,

    Approx when was it manufactuerted and sold,How long should the opened packaged still feel lubricated ?I rubbed my finger in it and was very slippery ,Found it in my wifes closet that is always room temperature.
