Hello!
This is because we have not reported anything yet as an employer of the Company we are applying online - SSS, or if we already reported to SSS thru SS Form R1-A, but the submitted form is not yet encoded.
I got the answer through their FB's moderator - Jen Carlos-MRD and from Richard Rebellion <rebellionri@sss.gov.ph> - SSS - Service Delivery Department direct e-mail answer.
