Common causes of blood in the stool include:
    - Gastric cancer
    - Peptic ulcer disease
    - Upper gastrointestinal bleeding
    - Diverticulosis
    - Colorectal cancer
    - Crohns disease
    - Salmonellosis
    - Ulcerative colitis
    - Other inflammatory bowel diseases, inflammatory bowel syndrome, or - ulceration
    - Rectal or anal hemorrhoids or fissures, particularly if they rupture or are otherwise irritated
    - E. coli food poisoning
    - Necrotizing enterocolitis
    - Esophageal varices

See your doctor but don't panic. Remember generally if it's dark red/brown it's an internal problem, if it's bright red it's external which can just be an external tear. Best see your doctor anyway.

Time to see your doctor. You need someone to discern what te source of it is.
