Restoring the Address Bar in the Safari Web Browser

Open the toolbar customization menu. In the menu bar at the top of the screen, select View. Click the Customize Toolbar option listed in this drop-down menu.

Drag the address bar back into the browser window. In the toolbar configuration window, find the heading that reads "Drag your favorite item into the toolbar..." Notice the address bar located on the second line below this heading. Click on this address bar, hold your mouse button down, then drag the bar into your browser window. Place the address bar near the top of the window and release the mouse button.

Restore other toolbar items. Your browser's toolbar may have additional missing items, such as the print button or the search box. To restore these functions, simply drag and drop the items from the toolbar configuration window and place them where you choose. You also have the option to drag the entire default set of menu items onto your toolbar.
