I think it started w. President Johnson in the 60s. He dipped into the social security fund and so did all the Presidents since. There needs to be put a law in place, so Government cant touch our money.The money from SSi that they stolen from us, needs to paid back. They need to create jobs, stop the waste,  and stop giving money to all those different countries. and of course bring our military home.

Well  this would not solve all of  social security's problems but  its a start.  goes like this .  all this  free money given to  foreign countries as foreign aid would stop or be reduced very dramatically, that money would then be channeled  into the  SS trust  Funds we need to take care of our own 1st. as  I said  its a start.
