I received a notice concerning a delinquent payment. However, i overpaid withholding taxes in the 1st quarter and adjusted my payments for April and May 2011. My total payments for the combined quarters equal what was owed. Why am i getting a deliquent notice - you should see that i overpaid in the first quarter.
