      I have frozen cheese sauces and they come out fine the only thing which doesnt freeze to good if you have freash cream in any of the sauces

        Yep, I freeze cheese all the time, the firmer cheeses are fine, I even throw frozen grated cheese into sauces and let it melt as I cook, you wouldn't know the difference
