If you are from the US, there are many farmers' markets around about every state.  Also, there may be farmer websites, we have Rhody Fresh, a co-op for farmers to market their goods and services.  Good luck... Also, check out local restaurants, fine dining may like a source of fresh duck.

I was given a duck dinner at cottey college in nevada missouri. An all female private two year college. It was the very best meat i have ever tasted in my life. Put an add in newspaper. Have a party , cook the duck. If really good word will spread. Good luck to you.
