      6 Answers

      1 can drianed deboned salmon (save juice)


      1 egg


      1/2 cup self raising flour


      1 heaping tsp. baking powder


      1 small onion chopped


      mix salmon ,  egg and onoin  together.... Seprately mix flour, baking powder with saved juice (it will foam) mix all together... fry in hot oil untill golden brown both sides..... (use a  table spoon to drop mixture in oil)
