      you should only need 20 mins in the sun for viamin D and you should put on a sun block at all times on your face as you will age very quickly and there is a risk of skin cancer

        SUNBLOCK They make all kinds of levels.


        I would go with a 40+ if your THAT sensitive to the sun.


        I use an 15 when I'm out fishing and I STILL get a little burned. You may need to re-apply it after swimming.

          Wear a hat and use sunblock, don't go out much, just enough to kick in your vitamin D
