    The Bureau of Conveyances should have the entire history of your property from when it was first built until now.  Also, your deed (with all applicable restrictions) should have additional information regarding the history of your property.


     

     Check with the register of deeds in your county

    Is there EVER.  I would get the heck out if I were you.
