You cant be much of a Club secretary, if you dont know how to up date  memberships lists.!

To update lists, go through list of names, check who are still members, and who have left. Then make a new list, with the members names, and what ever details you have of each member. who are still joined.     List up dated.

Well first you need to be on your club page and not akaQA because that is where you are right now.

I know this will be tedious for you but you must call everyone on the list to see if they would still like to continue being members  If you don't have their phone number but have their address, send them a note that you are updating your member mailing list.  Get their address/phone number and update your list.  Maybe you can have a friend or two from the club help you.
