Which Yogurt to Choose? Yogurt Comparison

Here are a few quick things to look for when choosing a yogurt:
 

1.Keep it simple. Look for fewer ingredients on the list with no mysterious-sounding additives.

2. No artificial coloring or artificial sweeteners. Flavoring is a tricky one, because we find most yogurts list "natural flavor" on the ingredient list, which doesn't say much.

3.Watch sugar content.

4.Be sure you are getting active/live bacterial cultures.

Many other "experts" strongly disagree with a lot of recommendations that are made by Dr. Oz. It's always best to do your own research when it comes to eating proper foods. He is NOT always right.

BTW, plain yogurt is the best! Add fruit for natural sugar and good taste.

If you are exercising, sugar is easily burned off. It is also the first energy boost your body will use. 

Dont waste your time with those yogurts. Try Chobani..No added sugar. I eat one everyday, really good.

Yogurt is good for you...just watch the sugar content..."plain" is the key.
