      Massage it and soak it in Epsom salts (mixed with warm water...)  Then massage it some more...

        Maybe you overdid it?  I am right-handed and if I write a lot my hand cramps up.

          Just take a rest. Your hands are complex things & can be overworked especially if the exercise they are doing is not a familiar one.
