39 and a half weeks pregnant and have got contractions and my waters are broken whats the best way to get in to laybor

I HAVE GOT DISCHARGE THERE IS BLOOD THAT IS BROWN LIKE COFFEE I HAVE GOT THE PAINS 5MIN APART BUT TE BABY IS HIGH UP AND I WANT IT TO GO LOW SO ANY IDERS ?

Definitely go to the hospital...this happened to me. I went to the hospital where I was rejestered. I was checked, they sent me home and I was back in 4 hours to have my son (this is Canada by the way). You need to see a doctor.

thankyou i have been but they dont help because they say my baby is too high have you got an ider how or what sould i eat that can help me?

They say raspberry leaf tea but you are beyond that...I have to be honest. I went back to the hospital and I wasn't leaving. I won't give you all the details but it all worked out and I gave birth at 48 years old. My son was facing the wrong way. Whatever you do...don't worry. You do have time and they will take care of you.

If your water has broken, call 911, you are in labor.

They sent you back where? If your water broke and you have a discharge there not sending you away.... Once your water breaks They told us you have so many hrs {I think 24 or 48} to have the baby.or risk infection My wife and I went through that one year ago, They induced labor twice , she had to have a C section
