I will need a mitral vlave repair/replacement. I would like to have minimally invasive survey to address the problem.
I am 76 years of age. Have had a triple by pass surgery in 1990 and a single bypass in 2007. I have had a TEE tests done at Kennedy Hospital in Washington Township with a moderate to severe result. Dr. Bagaria of SJ Heart group recently had me take a echo stress test and said that I don't need surgery yet, but will eventually. How will I know if I qualify fir minimally invasive surgery?
