Who does have bad experience with cafe 't Hert in Naarden

Dining Cafe 't Hert in Naarden sells a very bead steak. If you ask a can of water they charge you € 3,50. The salat is only 3 green leaves.The service is bad.

You must have dined on an off day because most of the reviews (I read only the first page) are positive.
